My name is Gemma Sole. I am a strategist and operator with a focus on innovation, AI enablement, and what it takes to make it work. I am passionate about the process behind bringing an idea to life and working with talented people towards concrete goals.
For the last three years I've led go-to-market, product ops, and customer success at Knode.ai, an AI sales platform. I built the commercial motion from nothing, sourcing, pitching, and closing pilots myself, taking it to $1M ARR in about twelve months across 17 enterprise deals at 124% net dollar retention. On the technical side, I designed the eval standard the product ships against (graded test sets, live model audits) and ran behavior audits on an AI agent handling live calls for a legal call center client.
Before that, I repositioned a retail media startup while leading managing product teams and started three venture-backed companies, working with over 3K brands (startups to enterprise - Disney / Macys). All while building sustainable teams who can do more - and make magic - with less - financially and environmentally.

With a background in VC and startups, I’ve worn many hats and have served in operational, marketing, and management roles. Most recently, I have worked with enterprises and startups on perfecting go-to-market strategies, building financial models, driving product management, concepting positioning, and implementing revenue operations and onboarding automation.
My operational experience as a tech founder coupled with my deep understanding AI-first products and customer needs give me unique insight into how to propel transformation.
To date, I’ve participated in 9 incubator programs, mentored 19 individuals and been recognized by multiple organizations including Forbes 30Under30 in Ecommerce, National Retail Federations Influencer 2017, and Apparel Magazine’s 30Under30.
What I'm good at (trim to 4-5):
- Building a commercial motion from zero, positioning, pricing, pipeline, and close, with no inherited playbook
- Designing eval frameworks that turn fuzzy model behavior into something graded and defensible
- Auditing AI agents in live production and catching failure patterns before they scale
- Running executive relationships and partnerships across teams that don't report to me
- Standing up the operating cadence behind a growing team: reporting, health scoring, expansion triggers

When I’m not problem solving/positioning solving, you can find me painting.
